本品具備兩種功能，一是噴塗塗裝前磷化處理(lǐ)，二是鋼鐵(tiě)工件拉拔、沖壓、拉伸前磷化處理(lǐ)。本品需在加溫條件下采用槽浸式磷化處理(lǐ)。作(zuò)為(wèi)噴塗塗裝前的磷化膜層，其結合強度和(hé)聯合防腐性能達标，作(zuò)為(wèi)拉拔、沖壓、拉伸前磷化膜層吸附皂化劑以及潤滑性能優良。特别适用因設備條件所限需進行(xíng)兩種功能磷化處理(lǐ)的工藝。
